Time to Eat! Offers new cooking classes at Christopher Peacock Cabinetry Showroom in Greenwich
Greenwich, CT- February 1, 2010- Time to Eat! The one and a half-hour cooking class designed to teach busy families how to cook fast, healthy, and delicious meals in fifteen minutes from Prep to Plate is ready for the 2010 season with exciting new classes at the Christopher Peacock Cabinetry Showroom in Greenwich.
Award-winning chef, and Time to Eat! founder Nicole J. Straight created these classes “because people are always strapped for time and money, and many of today’s recipes are not truly geared towards health. It’s easy to look at a cookbook, but finding time and keeping things quick, healthy AND within budget is a big challenge for any person.”
Straight is thrilled to be offering her cooking classes at the beautiful Christopher Peacock Cabinetry Showrooms in Greenwich, CT where she offers a selection of her popular 15 Minute Meals classes, Easy Dinner Party classes as well as a selection of new classes, 15 Minute Meals for $15.
Straight’s classes address the needs and frustrations of busy people trying to feed their family healthy meals without having to spend hours in the kitchen, or order expensive take-out. All meals are made from scratch in fifteen minutes. Over the past 8 years, there has been an incredible response to the class, as everyone shares the same frustration of wanting healthy food quickly that they can make themselves without having to waste precious time in the kitchen. Straight won Best Cooking Class for Busy Familiesby the Best of the Gold Coast. She was the food contributor for Channel 8 WTNH, for 3 years and is a regular contributor to other local and national media where she teaches viewers how to make delicious and easy meals.
“People love to take cooking classes at the (Christopher Peacock Cabinetry) showroom. It’s a great opportunity to reconnect with friends, learn new recipes and eat delicious food in a gorgeous setting.” Says Straight.
